All sales are final; we do not offer refunds. If a bottle arrives damaged, email us a photo of the bottle and packaging within 7 days of delivery. Keep the bottle and packaging — we'll file the carrier claim, and a replacement ships once the claim is approved. Orders ship within 2–3 business days via USPS Ground Advantage, US addresses only.
